Port Utilities SpA, a company founded on the initiative of public  (ACEA SpA, Civitavecchia Portal Authority) and private entities, is today a private operator able to offer Civitavecchia port users a plurality of services including the distribution of electricity and water. The latter activity sees Port Utilities SpA operating as a direct distributor, through port infrastructures connected to the ships, and supplier of the parent company Cafimar Servizi Marittimi SpA which, in the port area, performs this service by means of specially dedicated floating tanks.
