NEMECA Z

The new Italian company Fintowage Srl (of which Rimorchiatori Laziali SpA is a part) and the Zouros group created the Joint Venture NEMECA Z in July 2020, established to carry out port towage services in the main Greek ports of Piraeus (through the participation, jointly to Megatus, the Protugs consortium) and Kavala.

For Rimorchiatori Laziali SpA, the operation constitutes a strategic investment which will make it possible to further consolidate its presence in the Mediterranean and to occupy a solid position in a market which foresees great development prospects.

With a fleet of eight tugboats and three mooring boats, Nemeca Z is one of the leaders in the port towage sector at Piraeus and Kavala and in rescue and emergency anti-pollution activities in the offshore sector, off the coast of Greece and in other areas of the Mediterranean .
