The Cafimar Maritime Services S. P. A. is the Holding company of the Group and is responsible for coordinating the financial, administrative and technical staff for its subsidiaries.

The Company also carries out operational activities, being the owner in the port of Civitavecchia, a license for the supply of water to the ships in the middle of the lighter. This activity, which in recent years has increased due to the increase in the landings of cruise ships registered in the port of Civitavecchia, links to those carried out by the controlled Port Utilities S.p.A.

Rimorchiatori Laziali S.p.A.

The leading companies of the group and sub-operating holding company, is the licensee of the service of the trailer in the port of Civitavecchia, an activity that exercises with the help of a fleet of tugs of the latest generation of propulsion azimuth.

SOMAT S. P. A.

The holder of the concession for the towing service in the sicilian ports of Palermo, Trapani and Marsala.

Its fleet of tugboats also ensures a valid service to ships carrying flammable materials or at high risk of pollution, thanks to fire-prevention systems of wide-ranging and equipment appropriate to the immediate recovery of pollutants paid into the sea.

Through participation in the consortium company, Castalia Ecolmar, the Somat company carries out monitoring and prevention of pollution in the regime of the convention with the Ministry of the Environment.

The Somat spa offers services towing and assistance to vessels calling at the terminal Oil&Gas in Italy and abroad, and counts among its customers some of the major players in the industry.

The fleet social is also often involved in jobs off-shore, and the duration and level of complexity of the variable, such as the transport of containers of cement or other items necessary for the construction of marine works, the trailer of ships, pontoons property or other operators, parts of vessels, etc., radius of action in the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, in Northern Europe and West Africa.

MARITIME BUNKER S. R. L.

In the month of January 2020, the Tugs Lazio spa and the Anapo Srl (a Company controlled by Maxcom Petroli spa) constitute the Maritime Bunkers Ltd, as an expression of the common entrepreneurial initiative in the field of bunkering, maritime by barge, in which both already operate individually.

The Maritime Bunker Srl replaced the Tugs involved in the Lazio region in the granting of the service, bunkering in the port of Civitavecchia to the middle of the lighter, and, with the aim of developing the trading activity on the outside of the said port, and as required by the agreements between the parties, proceed to the succession in the granting of the Anapo Srl in the Ports of Catania, Siracusa, Brindisi, Savona, Vado Ligure to La Spezia.

Currently, the activity is carried out with the aid of three M/Tanks range between 1,500 and 2,300 mc. For the future does not rule out the possibility of increasing the fleet through the purchase or rental of new naval units.

PORT UTILITIES S. P. A.

The Port Utilities spa, a company founded by the initiative of the public (ACEA S.p.A., Authority Portal Civitavecchia) and private, is today a private operator can offer to the users of the port of Civitavecchia, a plurality of services, including the distribution of electricity and water. S. E. PORT. S. R. L.

The S. E. Port. Srl operates in a manner that is efficient and competitive in the complex of ecological activities at the port, which represent a service of primary interest to the public, as well as a real business card for a port of international scope which to Civitavecchia, which operates on a daily basis vectors of passengers and cargo.

The Company carries out the following activities:

Withdrawal, deposit and start the processing of waste products from the ships that arrive in the Port of Civitavecchia, be it cargo, cruise or ferry
Collection, storage, and boot to the treatment of special waste hazardous and non-hazardous products by users, the port
Cleaning and sweeping the manual and mechanical docks and the open areas within the port area

NEMECA Z

The new Italian society Fintowage Srl (of which Tugs Lazio S.p.A. is a part) and the group Zouros gave birth in July 2020 to a Joint Venture NEMECA Z, formed to carry out a trailer of the port in the main Greek ports of Piraeus (through the participation, together with the Megatus, the consortium Protugs) and Kavala.

For the Tugs Lazio spa, a transaction represents a strategic investment that will further consolidate our presence in the Mediterranean, and to occupy a strong position in a market that provides great prospects of development.
